          【Maintenance】

          1.Complete machine maintenance(The following time and date intervals are in no order.)

          1.1 Daily inspection: whether screws and nuts are loose.

          1.2 Clean the dust on the surface of the whole machine every 8 hours.

          1.3 Check the connection of high-voltage line every 100 hours.

          2. Keep the product clean

          2.1 Clean the dirt on the motor controller regularly. It is forbidden to spray with water, and clean it with a brush and high-pressure air.

          2.2 Before starting each time, combustible materials around the controller must be cleaned to avoid fire.

          2.3 Clean the sundries in the cooling system to avoid blocking the air duct. The cooling fan should be cleaned regularly to avoid overheating and mechanical damage.

          【Common Faults and Troubleshooting】

          1. If the starting handle is found to be powered off during operation, please check whether the positive and negative poles of the battery and the whole set of power cables are connected properly.

          2. Always check whether the controller screws are loose.

          3. The gearbox should be replaced with gear oil for three months
