OVERVIEW
The Discoverer S/T Maxx from Cooper is a commercial-grade light truck tire that's equally at home on rough gravel, mud, dirt, sand, and snow or on the pavement. The Discoverer S/T Maxx utilizes a damage-resistant rubber formulation that's molded into a symmetric 5-rib all-terrain design and pre-drilled for easy installation of studs (where permitted) for extra traction in extreme winter conditions. Wide, open grooves, stone ejectors, and sipes all boost traction, and Cooper's ArmorTek3 construction utilizes two 90 degree radial body plies with a third bias ply, two steel belts, and a nylon layer for high-speed stability.
