The Continental ProContact RX ContiSilent is a touring. all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This model has some W speed rated high performance sizes as well. Continental offers a 65.000 mile warranty with the T speed rates sizes. a 55.000 mile warranty with the H speed rated ones. a 45.000 mile warranty with the V speed rated sizes of this model.

The tire was made with Continental’s ContiSilent technology which lowers the road noise heard in the cabin of the vehicle. A sound-absorbing foam is placed on the inner lining of the tread. which filters the road and pattern noise generated while the tire is in motion. The sound is passed through the foam. which completely cancels it out. This offers a comfortable and quiet driving experience for the passengers as the road and pattern noise are not heard in the cabin of the vehicle.

The tire offers great all weather traction with its high grip. silica based tire compound. The compound and the tread design grip the road well in dry. wet and even in winter weather. The better water evacuation and excellent traction make the tire perfect for year round driving.
