Water-based coating offers 87% initial reflectivity and 77% weathered reflectivity for advanced energy efficiency. 2 coats recommended for durable protection; dries to the touch in 4 hours and recoat after 24 hours. Rain resistant in 4 hours and superior mildew resistance Formulated to meet and/or exceed the standards established in ASTM D 6083. 10 year warranty.
