          Description

          The Water Activity mainly reflects the amount of free water in the state of food balance, the stability of food and the possibility of microbial reproduction, and the chemical, enzyme and physical changes that can cause the change of food quality.

          This meter is calibrated by factory, usersdo not need to calibrate again, just input samples and testwhich is very simple.

          • This is a real portable water activity meter lighter than a mobile phone and with precision of 0.02 aw, easy to measure water activity anytime and anywhere. Easy reading, water activity and temperature of the samples displayed together.

          • Fast testing, measures the water activity in 5 minutes. Sensors and readings are integrated. Put the samples in sample boxes and meters are placed on them until the data are stable. 

          • Please note: This meter is calibrated by factory, users do not need to calibrate again, just input samples and test which is very simple.

          • If you want to verify the accurate, you can make the standard salt solution by  the following steps: 1. 100g pure NaCl, add into 200g hot distilled water, stir it. Then wait till to room temperature.  2. Keep the solution into a brown bottle for one week in room temperature.  3. In room temperature 25��C (77��F), make sure the meter, solution, room temperature all same temperature. The solution AW value should be 0.73~0.77
